Cayac Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”) operates foreverpure.org and the ministries and programs described on it, including Pure Church, Club Pure, Pure Academy, Pure Preschool and Pure University. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
We collect information you give us directly, such as when you fill in a form on this website, register for an event or program, complete a connection card at a service, enrol a child, or contact us. This may include your name, mobile phone number, email address, mailing address, the names and ages of children in your household, and any information you choose to include in a message to us.
We also collect limited technical information automatically when you visit this website, such as your browser type and pages viewed, for the purpose of keeping the site working.
How we use your information
We use the information you give us to:
- respond to your questions and requests;
- send you information about services, events, programs and announcements from our ministries;
- check in with you pastorally and offer help;
- administer registrations for programs, classes and childcare;
- keep accurate records of our congregation and participants.
Text Messaging and Mobile Information
If you provide your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages from us, we will use it to send you service and event announcements, church news, and occasional pastoral check-in messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories of information described in this policy exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your mobile phone number or your consent to receive text messages to anyone, under any circumstances.
Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of attending, participating in, enrolling in, or purchasing anything from us.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can stop receiving messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. You can request help by replying HELP, or by contacting us using the details at the end of this policy. We will act on an opt-out request promptly and will not send you further messages after you opt out, other than a single confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
Service providers
We use third-party service providers to operate our ministries — for example, our church management system and our text messaging provider. These providers process information only on our instructions and only to provide their service to us. They are not permitted to use your information for their own marketing, and as stated above, mobile opt-in data and consent are never shared with them or with anyone else for marketing or promotional purposes.
How long we keep information
We keep congregation and participant records for as long as you are involved with our ministries and for a reasonable period afterwards for our own records. If you opt out of text messages, we retain a record that you opted out so that we do not contact you again in error.
Children
We collect information about children only from a parent or legal guardian, in connection with programs those children take part in. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 through this website, and we do not send text messages to children.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time. Use the contact details below and we will act on your request.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
